Helping teams move beyond surface-level conversations toward greater clarity, trust, and collective action.
Every organization has conversations that matter. You may need to address a weighty moment of change or unpack a sensitive cultural topic. Sometimes there are conflicts or matters of identity to address. Other times, you need to come together to dream for the future.
The quality of those conversations often determines the quality of the decisions, relationships, and outcomes that follow. In addition, intentional care and strategy is essential for determining what experiences the group may benefit from having before they even attempt to convene.
Leveraging her experience as a Chief of Staff to Corporate Vice President and Director of Culture & Communications at a Fortune 10 company along with her learnings as a community organizer, Kiesha partners with organizations to design and facilitate experiences that help people think more honestly, listen more deeply, and work together with greater intention.
Whether leading an executive retreat, facilitating a dialogue around organizational culture, or guiding teams through moments of transition, she creates the conditions for conversations that are both courageous and deeply human.

Amy Stillion, Chief of Staff - Mojang Studios
“Kiesha worked with the Minecraft team facilitating our D&I workshop series. She created a dynamic and positive space for the team to discuss topics that are top of mind culturally, professionally, and personally with openness and ease. It’s an honor to partner with her in this important work and I highly recommend her.”
My Approach
Great facilitation is about asking the questions that help groups discover answers together.
I combine thoughtful preparation with deep listening, cultural awareness, and responsive facilitation to help every participant feel invited into the conversation.
Whether working with executives, nonprofit leaders, students, or community members, my approach balances structure with flexibility, ensuring each experience serves the people in the room while inspiring them to grow their investment in the overall objective.
